Anuj and Anupama turn to Ankush at the beginning of the Anupama 21st January 2023 episode after hearing Barkha’s startling news. Ankush says he is quite exhausted from their trip and needs to relax a little, but he will explain everything to them after a while.

Barkha follows Ankush inside while making an angry look, leaving Anuj and Anupama motionless.Later, a package addressed to Anu arrives at the Kapadia house and is accepted by Anupama. Anu opens the parcel and discovers the garment she was hoping to get for Makar Sankranti inside. Anu confesses that Maaya sent the present for her while Anupama and Anuj inquire about the sender of the gift.

Reading the note Maaya left for Anu, Anupama and Anuj discover that Maaya will visit Anu there on Makar Sakranti.

The good news, according to Anuj, is that once they meet Maaya and discuss her actions and relationship with Anu with her, all will become obvious.
